Return & Refund Policy

At Wintor, we want your shower and self-care essentials to arrive as expected. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, used bath sponges, shower poufs, body scrubbers, or personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or store support.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@wintor.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from our support team.

5. Return Shipping

For approved returns caused by our error or a verified product issue, return shipping support may be provided. For buyer preference returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by our support team.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method processed through Shopify Payments. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different color, set, or style, contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. If the order has already been processed or handed to the carrier, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
